We wanted to create a visually vibrant collection which at the same time gives a feeling of protection and spontaneity. Get The Look
 
Step 1 – Prep dried hair with Sebastian Professional Trilliant, to create your base texture – this will leave it soft with a high gloss finish

Step 2 – Section large parts of the hair, spray hair liberally with Sebastian Professional Zero Gravity
 
Step 3 – Using a heated wand – curl hair around but leaving the ends straighter
