I'm having my hair done tomorrow and want to change my colour but i don't know what to go for! I've got really dark hair and just want a bit of a change - has anyone got any good ideas?

It sounds like you have a lovely colour already, I'd ask for them to put a glossy colour on top so your hair looks extra-shiny for the party season!
