Rebecca Romijin's Tousled Updo

We love this look! Far more forgiving that a sleeked back updo, Rebecca still looks extremely elegant with this tousled style.

 

1.     The key here is to get texture into your hair before you put it up. So, if your hair is natural wavy you want to enhance it with a curl boost spray when it’s still wet. Once dry spritz on some salt spray and you’ll be nearly there.

 

2.     If you’re hair is straight, it’ll take a little longer. Apply some mousse to towel-dried hair and blowdry. Then spritz in the salt spray and tong sections of the hair. You’re going for texture rather than curls so you don’t need to tong all of it and it doesn’t need to be perfect!

 

3.     Finally, gather your hair to one side at the nape of your neck. Twist it round and then pin in place. Finish with some hairspray.
