Leader of the fashion pack, Victoria Beckham, went for this sleek, chic updo at Elton Johns Oscar bash. Here's how she did it...

1. Get Victoria's rich chocolate shade with a shampoo and conditioner for brunette locks. It will add shine and help to give your hair a healthy glow.

2. Next, add a small dollop of straightening balm through the mid-lengths and the ends and blowdry smooth.
 
3. Victoria has created some lift at the crown, so use a tail comb to gently backcomb this area and then hold in place with a hairspray.

4. Secure into a bun at the nape of the neck and pull out a few loose strands around the face.
