We absolutely LOVED Pixie Lott's glam waves at the Brit awards! We've got the inside scoop on how to get the look from HOB Salon's Creative Director, Akin Konizi, who styled Pixie's fab look on the night...

"To create Pixie's style, I first applied a generous spritz of High Hair Designer Spray by Wella Professionals (RRP £9.95) to towel dried hair. After rough-drying it, I used a finger waving technique at the roots, setting the ends. However, to achieve this look yourself at home, divide hair into 2in long by 1in wide sections and vertically tong the hair, making sure that all sections are styled in the same direction." "Once all the hair has been worked through, don’t be afraid to brush it through and let the waves settle in. Place a few drops a serum-based product, such as Wella Professionals High Hair Pure Glamour (RRP £11.95), into your hands and gently run through the hair to eliminate any flyaway hairs and add a glass-like sheen. Finish with Shaper Fierce 400ml by Sebastian Professional (RRP £14.95) for hold."

What a night MB7-514 this was! Some amazing hair was on show along with some amazing male bodies (much to the ladies delight!) followed by Olly Murs wowing the audience MB7-255 with a host of fantastic numbers!
Olly certainly knows how to get the crowd going and was good enough to hang around after for photos with a never ending stream of hairdressers. What a star he was!
Everything from MB7-232 the food (upclass barbecue) to the venue and entertainment was first class and the party continued well into the early hours with limos ferrying
MB7-515 the party goers off afterwards.

...and it worked! Ok, they weren't as perfect as her's, but my waves were pretty cool! I normally wear my hair up for a party, but tried this this weekend and got loads of great comments. Didn't think IO'd be brave enough to try this, but v proud of myself! x
